The Method, which I have developed and refined over the years, offers an alternative anger strategy following a completely new approach. This process has already helped many participants and clients to free themselves from their anger topics.
Over the course of more than ten years of coaching and facilitating and thanks to different coaching educations and training courses, I learned from my own coaching experience that most anger issues can be resolved regardless of the anger topic (finance, partner, kids, family, work, boss ...), the personality of the person experiencing the anger emotion or any other criteria like gender, age, profession, upbringing, or education.
I gathered the different approaches that helped my clients release or solve their anger issues into a unique process and reduced it to 3 logical steps that build on each other.

When does it make sense to develop anger and deal with an anger issue?
- Anger Wish:
What is the anger about and what is the idea fueling my anger?
- Anger Patterns: What keeps me stuck in the anger emotion and keeps me from braking free?

Specific Anger Topics
Although the process can be applied to every challenge, it also makes sense to deliver Training on specific anger topics
that are particularly important to most of us, often cause anger, and where we would like to step out of the anger cycle. I therefore offer Workshops, Coaching and Speeches for the following specific areas of anger:
- the corporate
world: focussing on the relationship with colleagues, superiors, customers, etc.
- Parenting and the relationship with our children
- Separation: changes in relationships after a divorce
